Our Pastors

Mike Guarnieri is known as a Pastor to pastors. In Christian leadership since 1979, and a Senior Pastor since 1986, Mike provides pastoral care and covering to numerous senior pastors, evangelists and missionaries throughout the United States and Mexico. Mike founded the Christian Leadership Alliance, a successful interdenominational minister’s fellowship, in 1990. He founded Mike Guarnieri Ministries in 2001, and travels regularly, ministering as a prophet, healer, and revivalist. He lights revival fires in churches in Ohio and across the United States, and is also a popular conference speaker.

Mike is known as a revivalist, apostle, and prophet. He has seen the lame walk, the blind see and terminal cancer healed under his ministry. Wherever he goes, churches get healthier and revival springs up! He has a way of combining light-hearted humor with potent truths that brings change to people's lives.

Although he travels regularly, Mike continues to serve as lead Pastor of The Father's House, an Assembly of God church in the Greater Akron area. Apostolically, he helps churches establish membership, discipleship, and leadership training.

He has been happily married to his wife, Cindy, since 1980. Mike and Cindy have five wonderful sons. They reside in Norton, Ohio.

Since accepting Christ in 1983, Pastor Doug Jenkins immediately began pursuing the call of God on his life. He began his study of the word of God at Agape Christian Academy. After graduation, he completed the School of the Prophets through Christian International.

Pastor Doug married his wife, Denise in 1995. In 1996, after serving many years in local church leadership he was led by the Spirit to Akron, Ohio to be a part of Mike Guarnieri Ministries and to be trained for pastoral ministry.

In 2004, Pastor Doug and Denise were ordained into pastoral ministry, working beside Pastor Mike and Cindy Guarnieri as associate pastors of The Father’s House, in Norton, Ohio.

Doug and Denise have two children who love the Lord. They reside in Barberton, Ohio.

Tim Ehlers has been in ministry for most of his adult life. He served for 20 years on the mission fields of Mexico, winning literally thousands of souls to Christ. He established numerous churches in his years of ministry, and trained hundreds of Mexican pastors. He had as many as six missions running simultaneously, feeding and clothing the poor, ministering to the sick and handicapped, and caring for the elderly.

Tim and Rosie moved to Ohio in spring of 2008 to partner with Pastor Mike and Cindy Guarnieri, becoming co-pastors at The Father's House church. Pastor Tim ignited and expanded the ministry to the poor, and The Love Center outreach ministry was born in July 2008. The Love Center is feeding hundreds of families each month, and distributes between 30,000 and 40,000 lbs of groceries each month to hungry, hurting people. In the first year alone, over 700 people have given their lives to Christ, and many have joined the church!

Tim and Rosie have 5 children and 5 grandchildren, and reside in Barberton, Ohio.
